Internship – Arbitration, case management team (New York)
The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is recruiting an arbitration intern to join our case management team based in New York, for a duration of three months.

About the internship
The Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration is recruiting a motivated arbitration intern to join SICANA Inc., our case management team based in New York, for a duration of three months.
The role
Your learning opportunities and tasks include:
- Reading and drafting documents related to arbitration cases
- Conducting legal research and reading legal documents
- Preparing conferences
- Translating legal documents
- Conducting ad hoc assignments as requested by the teams and the services of the Secretariat to which the intern may be assigned
Your profile
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Have a background in international commercial arbitration.
- Are a student (J.D. candidate or LL.M. candidate), or have been recently admitted to the bar.
- Can demonstrate course work or prior practice of international commercial arbitration.
Important information before applying
- The internship is strictly full-time (Monday to Friday, during regular business hours) and in-person in New York.
- Non-US candidates must be eligible to work in the US for the duration of the internship.
- SICANA, Inc. cannot grant scholarships.
- You will receive a monthly stipend of about US$1.500.
- You are responsible for arranging your travel and accommodation and the required medical insurance coverage for the internship duration.
