Internship – People and Talent / HR

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources / Talent Acquisition intern to learn from and assist with ICC’s high-paced HR activities. The internship is for a duration of six month, starting October 2026.

Under the supervision of our Head of Talent, you will have a great opportunity to develop your capacity in various HR domains.

Your responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

• Managing recruitment cycles (job descriptions, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and exit surveys);

• Maintaining recruitment dashboards and tracking recruitment data and KPIs;

• Supporting the organisation of community events and workshops to enhance employee engagemen;

• Contributing to HR projects, including presentations, training materials and competency frameworks;

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Communications, Marketing).

• Are a student who is organised and interested in exploring the human resources space, with strong academic credentials and prior work experience;

• Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail;

• Have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (experience with an ATS is a plus);

• Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

• Can work autonomously and with little supervision;

• Are fluent in English both orally and in writing. The knowledge of French would be a plus.

Important information before applying

• You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
• Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
• Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
• Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships. 
• Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
