The role
The DRS Promotion and Engagement team is looking for their new intern starting September 2026 for 6 Months. The intern will be under the supervision of DRS Senior Promotion and Engagement Lead:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the promotion and publication of events (website/app) and draft communication materials
Liaise with partners and participants, and assist with email campaigns - Provide logistical support for events (registrations, name badges, coordination with Services Généraux)
- Assist in the delivery and monitoring of in-person and virtual events (Teams/Zoom), including moderation support
- Manage participant registrations via dedicated platforms
- Contribute to administrative tasks (presentations, webpages, meeting minutes, briefing materials, inbox management)
- Coordinate event materials and shipments with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain and update global DRS events calendar; support regional teams - Capture and share event content (photos, videos) for marketing purposes
- Compile data and statistics for reporting and support knowledge management (archives, toolkits, guidelines)
Provide general team support as needed

Requirements
We would love to hear from you:
- Have studies or experience in marketing, communications, management, business, international relations, dispute resolution and other similar disciplines
- Benefit from prior work experience;
Are fluent in English. Fluency in French language will be a plus; - Are meticulous in carrying out required duties;
- Are a team player who is interested in working with a dynamic and diverse team while gaining experience in an international environment.
- Knowledge of project management, analytics, design, and editing platforms would be a plus
Terms and conditions
Important information before applying:
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
