The role

We are currently recruiting a National Committees and Membership Data Coordinator to manage the membership data for ICC's global network and our intranet platform for ICC national committees worldwide.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Membership data management and governance

  • Maintaining the quality, integrity and consistency of national committees and membership data across ICC systems.
  • Coordinating updates and data submissions from national committees worldwide.
  •  Implementing data validation processes and contribute to strengthening ICC’s data governance framework.
  • Supporting the development and improvement of workflows related to membership data management.

 

Digital platforms and data systems

  • Supporting the management and evolution of the digital platform used for national committees collaboration and membership data.
  • Monitoring data synchronisation processes between systems and improving interoperability and data consistency.
  • Coordinating with IT and external providers on system enhancements and technical developments.
     

Data analysis and reporting

  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and analytical reports related to national committee membership and engagement.
  • Producing data visualisations and reporting tools to support internal teams and decision-making.
  • Analysing membership trends and supporting strategic insights related to the network.
     

Project coordination

  • Supporting the implementation of projects related to the development of ICC’s membership data infrastructure and digital platform.
  • Coordinating with the Information Systems department, Transformation Office and external providers to deliver data-related initiatives.
  • Documenting processes, workflows and requirements related to membership data systems.
  • Contributing to testing and deployment of new features and improvements.
     

National committees engagement and communication

  • Serving as a key contact for national committees membership data and digital tools.
  • Supporting the onboarding of users and organising training sessions as needed.
  • Preparing guidelines and documentation to support the use of ICC platforms.
  • Coordinating the monthly newsletter, which includes updates on tools, initiatives, and relevant information for the network.

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a bachelor's or master’s degree in data management, information systems, business analytics, project management or similar;
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience in project management and/or coordination and working with data management, data analysis, and/or data governance;
  • Possess excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) and are comfortable with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.;
  • Have prior experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, etc.);
  • Can translate business needs into technical requirements in coordination with IT and external providers;
  • Have exceptional organisation skills, thorough attention to detail, and can work autonomously;
  • Are curious, adaptable, and solution oriented;
  • Are a team player who is culturally sensitive and can communicate with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Are fluent in English and French (oral and written). Another language would be an asset.
