Description

As the institutional representative of over 45 million businesses in more than 170 countries, the International Chamber of Commerce operates with a core mission to “make business work for everyone, every day, everywhere”. We act as the primary voice of the real economy in a range of intergovernmental organisations – from the World Trade Organization to the UN climate process – championing the needs of local business in global decision making. The convening power of our global network enables us to set rules and standards that facilitate over $17 trillion dollars in trade each year – as well as providing tailored products and digital services that directly address the real challenges faced by businesses operating internationally. We also provide the world's premier private global dispute resolution services, leveraging ICC's unique independence, integrity, and expertise.

The role

We are hiring a Marketing Content Creator - Dispute Resolution Services to create engaging, high‑quality marketing content that drives ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS) visibility, reputation, and engagement.

Reporting to the DRS Marketing Manager, the role will also work in partnership with ICC’s Global Communications Team, ensuring that all content produced is effectively adapted, published, and shared across relevant channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation & Production

  • Create engaging, high‑quality marketing content from concept to final edit, translating our dispute resolution services, products and achievements into clear, compelling and impactful narratives.
  • Extract insights from reports, case studies and internal materials, transforming them into clear, accessible digital content formats such as summaries, infographics and multimedia assets.
  • Explore and experiment with new digital formats, creative styles and storytelling techniques to enhance relevance and audience engagement.
  • With the support from our Communications team, work with key design and publishing tools to create visually engaging materials that align with our brand and support campaign objectives.

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Support the development of marketing strategies to strengthen ICC DRS’ brand visibility and engagement across global audiences.
  • Develop marketing campaign content in partnership with Global Communications.
  • Identify opportunities to highlight DRS work within relevant global agendas and real‑world developments.
  • Support CRM and digital campaigns using segmentation, insights and analytics to enhance engagement.

Cross‑Team Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with the DRS Social Media Coordinator to adapt content for distribution, align storytelling and incorporate social performance insights into future content.
  • Liaise with creative, editorial and web teams to ensure brand, message and visual consistency across channels.
  • Deliver brand‑aligned content that supports ICC’s global network — including National Committees and chambers.

Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all content aligns with ICC’s editorial standards, design guidelines and brand identity.
  • Contribute to the development of toolkits and guidance to improve content coherence and quality across DRS.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • With the support of the DRS Social Media Coordinator and Global Communications team, use data‑driven insights to refine content strategy, messaging and format selection
  • Stay current on digital trends, platform updates and audience behaviours to ensure ICC remains competitive.

Additional Duties

  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on content creation and digital and offline communication best practices.
  • Support other responsibilities as required in line with organisational priorities.

Requirements

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content development, editorial work or digital marketing, ideally in legal, policy, professional services or complex institutional environments (a plus if in dispute resolution).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality written, visual and multimedia content across multiple formats.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, and how professional audiences (legal, business, institutional) engage with content.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing and emerging digital trends.
Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprout).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for strategic DRS decision making.
  • Experience producing, editing and framing video content
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (fluency); additional languages a plus (notably Portuguese, Mandarin and/or Arabic)
  • High organisational rigour and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail
