The role

The DRS Marketing and Promotions team is looking for their new intern starting January 2026 for 6 Months. The intern will be under the supervision of Stephanie Goubelle.

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Logistical support with the organisation of events including conferences, visits and meetings, including help at registration desk and preparing name tags
  • Help monitor in-person and virtual events, visits and meetings via Microsoft Teams Meetings/Live Events or Zoom. Ability to moderate meetings/ visits
  • Help with the promotion of upcoming events including correspondence with contacts and partners, preparing email sends and drafting promotional material
  • Event management including participants’ registration on a dedicated platform  
  • Help with administrative tasks and preparation of documents, including PowerPoint presentations, webpage updates, feedback forms
  • Draft minutes and assist in preparing background documents and briefing material for meetings
  • Help with updating the calendar of ICC DRS activities worldwide, and provide support to regional teams with calendar updates
  • Day to day community management of our social media platforms.
  • Support the marketing team by gathering photos, videos, and other engaging content during events.
  • Compiling statistics for periodical reports
  • Support with guidelines and best practice toolkits
  • Assist with archiving ICC DRS articles and news publications for press relations
  • Any other necessary tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team. 
  • Possibility to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during the internship.

Requirements

Do not hesitate to apply if you:

 

  • Preference will be given to students in marketing, communications, management, business, international relations, dispute resolution and other similar disciplines with strong academic credentials and prior work or internship experience. 
  • Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge of French and/or another language would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and a rigorous attitude to work is necessary.
  • Skills to use computer tools are mandatory (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams Meeting, Internet, Zoom and PDF, Canva, Sharepoint, PowerBI.)
  • Knowledge of project management, analytics, design, and editing platforms would be a plus.

Important information before applying

 

  • You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship. 
  • The intern must have an appropriate insurance valid in France for any damage caused to a third party (third party liability insurance: “assurance responsabilité civile”) and social insurance (illness, work accident, etc.).
  • Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, Switzerland or United Kingdom must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
  • Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
  • Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships. 
  • Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
