Internship – Event Coordination (English), ICC Global Events

The role
The Global Events team is looking for their new intern starting July 2026 for 6 months. The intern will be under the supervision of one of the team’s Project Coordinators
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Logistical support with the organisation of our upcoming conferences: 21st ICC New York Conference on International Arbitration, ICC FIDIC Conference on International Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution, 46th ICC Institute of World Business Law Annual Conference, ICC-AAA-ICSID Triple Colloquium, 24th ICC Miami Conference on International Arbitration, among other ICC events.
- Administrative tasks and preparation of event documents, including evaluation forms, biographies, PowerPoint presentations, speaker charts, speaker nameplates and webpage updates.
- Promotion of our upcoming events including correspondence with contacts and partners, designing promotional graphics on Canva and drafting promotional material.
- Research for potential supporters.
- Post‑event wrap‑up, including updating event statistics in the Power BI database and preparing the executive report.
- Any other necessary tasks required to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
- Possibility to attend trainings and conferences taking place in Paris during the internship.
We are looking for a student who is organised and interested in pursuing a career in event management. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, prior work experience, and some hands‑on experience in organising events, gained through internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities.

Requirements
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Are a student who is organised and interested in pursuing a career in event management, with strong academic credentials and prior work experience;
- Have some previous experience in event organisation, gained through an internship, university projects, student associations, or relevant extracurricular activities;
- Are meticulous in carrying out required duties;
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Power BI and Canva considered an asset.
- Are a team player who is interested in working with a dynamic and diverse team;
- Have outstanding communications and interpersonal skills;
- Are able to work autonomously and with little supervision;
- Are fluent in English. The knowledge of French and/or any other language would be a plus.
Terms and conditions
Important information before applying:
- You must still be registered as a student during the time of the internship. Recent graduates who are not anymore enrolled in an educational programme are therefore not eligible to do an internship at ICC.
- Nationals from outside the European Union or Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, or Switzerland must hold an appropriate visa from the French consulate.
- Non-EU residents are required to have valid papers before applying (long-stay student visa and/or carte de séjour) allowing them to work in France.
- Interns are required to handle their own travel and accommodation arrangements for the duration of their internship. ICC does not provide scholarships or fellowships.
- Based at ICC Global Headquarters in Paris, our six-month internship programme is full-time with an average working week of 35 hours.
