Executive Assistant – ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICA)

The role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICA), within our Dispute Resolution Services. You will report to the ICA Secretary General / Dispute Resolution Services Director and need to demonstrate strong organisational capability, communication skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high‑level administrative and organisational support to the President of the Court;
- Managing calendars, schedule meetings, calls and engagements;
- Organising international travel, visas, logistics and processing expense reimbursements;
- Drafting, proofreading and formatting correspondence and documents in English and French;
- Screening and prioritising documents submitted for review or signature;
- Preparing presentations, briefs and speeches;
- Handling calls, filtering queries and managing follow‑ups;
- Organising meetings, conferences and sessions, liaising with stakeholders;
- Coordinating activities of the ICC International Court of Arbitration with ICC departments and our global network of national committees;
- Maintaining structured filing and archiving systems;
- Supporting ongoing projects by gathering information and preparing documentation;
- Providing coverage for other executive assistants as needed.

Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree;
- Bring at least three years of experience in a similar role (experience in an international or legal environment is an asset);
- Are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (an additional language is a plus);
- Are highly organised, detail‑oriented, and discreet;
- Thrive in juggling multiple priorities and performing under pressure;
- Demonstrate high ethical standards, integrity, and adaptability in a fast-paced international environment.
