DRS Social Media Coordinator

The role
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator – Dispute Resolution Services to join our Global Communications team. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you will produce impactful digital content, manage ICC’s dispute resolution social media content calendar, and support ICC’s online engagement and brand consistency across all dispute resolution accounts.
You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Global Communications and Dispute Resolution Services teams to ensure coherence, high quality and relevance of our digital communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
Social media content creation and digital production
- Assist in producing engaging, platform relevant content highlighting ICC Dispute Resolution Services (DRS), including arbitration, ADR, case management, the ICC Hearing Centre and key events.
- Create graphics and videos for DRS campaigns, flagship events and major publications for social media.
- Translate complex dispute resolution topics into clear, high quality digital formats.
- Contribute ideas and help test new content styles to strengthen DRS visibility.
Digital planning and coordination
- Coordinate DRS social media content calendars to ensure alignment of posts with DRS opportunities.
- Support timely and consistent publication of DRS content as part of ICC’s global social media strategy.
- Coordinate ICC Studio bookings and logistics for interviews and recordings
- Liaise with external providers to support efficient content production and delivery.
Community and brand management
- Monitor arbitration/ADR conversations, influencers and trends and flag relevant opportunities for engagement.
- Ensure DRS content follows ICC editorial and design guidelines.
- Support online community management and help identify potential reputational or operational risks.
- Apply ICC’s social media policy in the preparation and scheduling of DRS content.
Cross-team collaboration
- Work with the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the ICC Hearing Centre, the DRS Education and Training team, the Commission on Arbitration & ADR as well as regional teams to gather information and identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative, editorial and web teams to ensure content alignment across platforms.
- Support colleagues by providing basic guidance, resources and templates to improve digital engagement.
Reporting and analytics
- Prepare activity reports and performance analyses for DRS content.
- Help compile data driven insights to improve content engagement and visibility.
Other duties
- Support additional DRS communication needs in line with evolving priorities.
Requirements
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have two to three years of experience in communications, digital marketing or community management, ideally in legal, policy, professional services or complex institutional environments;
- Have a strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, and how professional audiences (legal, business, institutional) engage with content;
- Possess a solid knowledge of SEO, content marketing and emerging digital trends;
- Have experience using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout);
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for strategic DRS decision making;
- Have experience producing, editing and framing video content;
- Are tech-savvy (Office suite, Photoshop or similar tools);
- Fluency in English, with an ability to simplify complex subjects;
- Are highly organised and able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously;
- Have a proactive, service-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
