CRM Coordinator (CDD 3 months)

The role
We are hiring a CRM Coordinator on a three-month fixed term contract (CDD), responsible for supporting and optimising the use of Microsoft Dynamics across ICC’s global network. The role ensures high quality data management, accurate distribution lists, and smooth CRM processes that strengthen engagement with ICC’s networks, working groups and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Marketing and Partnerships Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external providers to maintain a performant CRM ecosystem, improve user experience, and support decision making through reliable data.
Your responsibilities will include:
CRM support and configuration
- Configure and optimise Dynamics CRM functionalities.
- Support the integrity of CRM data structures, fields, lists and workflows.
- Coordinate with external service providers on CRM enhancements, updates, and issue resolution.
User support and training
- Provide day to day support to CRM users, resolving requests and offering practical guidance.
- Deliver training for new joiners and refresher sessions for existing users.
- Update and maintain user guides, documentation and training materials.
- Promote good data governance, correct use of customer journeys, and effective use of dashboards.
Data quality and process management
- Maintain accurate and consistent CRM datasets supporting ICC networks and working groups.
- Oversee list management, segmentation standards and data cleaning processes.
- Ensure consistency across interconnected systems and support data related tasks for users.
- Make KPIs and dashboards clear, accessible and meaningful for users.
Collaboration and continuous improvement
- Participate in testing cycles and process design sessions with users and vendors.
- Contribute to CRM improvement projects, including workflow optimisation and automation.
- Share insights and propose enhancements to improve stakeholder experience and CRM adoption.
- Ensure alignment between CRM practices and broader organisational priorities.
Additional duties
- Support the development of internal documentation, FAQs and guidance materials.
- Undertake other responsibilities as required in line with organisational priorities.

Requirements
Your profile
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have three to five years of experience working with CRM datasets, ideally in legal, policy, professional services or complex institutional environments;
- Possess a solid knowledge of CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable);
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines;
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights for strategic CRM decision making;
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English (fluency);
- Are highly organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously;
- Are proactive, service-oriented, and with strong attention to detail.
