ICC India Arbitration Conference Bengaluru

The half day conference organized by ICC India and ICC International Court of Arbitration will bring together leading practitioners from Bengaluru and around to discuss key issues in domestic and international arbitration, with a special attention being placed to Indian practice and experiences under the ICC Arbitration Rules.


This conference will provide an active platform for participants to express their views and engage in interactive debates. There will be an opening session followed by two panel discussions involving Indian and Foreign practitioners.

Topics include ‘Transparency in International Arbitration’ and ‘Key Developments in Indian Arbitration Scenario’.
