2nd ICC Colombia Arbitration Day

This second edition of the ICC Colombia Arbitration Day is co-organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Colombia. It will focus on current topics in international arbitration.



According to the statistics of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the number of parties involved in ICC Arbitrations from Colombia have constantly grown in the last years.

This 2nd edition of the ICC Colombia Arbitration Day will focus on the characteristics of the arbitration proceedings, as well as current topics in international arbitration. It will also include debates on arbitration agreements involving multiple shareholders, clauses on price adjustments, penal clauses and clauses limiting liabilities, companies that enter into a restructuring process and the valuation of damages, among others.

The President of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Alexis Mourre will be present, as well as Representatives from the ICC Court and its Secretariat. Additionally, both national and international speakers will share their professional and academic experiences on the development of arbitration in the Latin American region.
