Northern Africa International Arbitration Day

This conference will focus on current issues pertaining to the specificities of international arbitration in the Maghreb region. More generally, topics related to the institutional management by ICC of complex arbitrations ( multi parties, multi contracts , consolidation) and the recently introduced Emergency Arbitrator procedure will be tackled by a panel of international and regional experts and arbitrators who will share their expertise and knowledge in an interactive exchange with the audience.
