ICC’s most recent revision of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600) was officially endorsed by the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) at its 42nd annual session in Vienna.
ICC has published three new books on the recently revised Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, ICC’s rules on letters of credit, which govern billions of dollars in trade transactions annually. The latest revision of the rules, UCP 600, came into effect on 1 July 2007.
