Workshop on ICC Arbitration Proceedings

This workshop, hosted by ICC Costa Rica and Club Español de Arbitraje (CEA) will focus on the terms of reference, case management conference, bifurcation of the arbitration proceeding and other incidents.

Description

The workshop will explain in depth the preparation of the Terms of Reference (TOR), how to conduct the Case Management Conference and prepare the Procedural Timetable, precautionary measures and other advocacy tips.

Who should attend?

Practicing lawyers, corporate counsel, in-house counsel, arbitrators and other dispute resolution practitioners, academics, business, public sector, civil society, and professionals interested in keeping up to date with domestic and international arbitration in Latin America and the Caribbean.
