Proskauer, Columbia University School of Law’s Center for International Commercial and Investment Arbitration Law, the ICC International Court of Arbitration®, and the United States Council for International Business (USCIB) invite you to the 2019 Proskauer Lecture on International Arbitration.

This year’s selected lecturer is Mark Kantor, a widely respected commercial and investment arbitrator based in Washington, D.C. He also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center and is a Member of the World Bank Group Sanctions Board and the Editor-in-Chief of the on-line journal Transnational Dispute Management. Until he retired at the end of 1999, he was a partner at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in the Corporate and Project Finance Groups.

This programme will be immediately followed by a cocktail reception.
