PRE-ICN FORUM 2019: “Emerging Trends in Antitrust Policy and Enforcement: Colombia, Latin America, and Beyond”

Co-organised by ICC and the IBA, the Pre-International Competition Network (Pre-ICN) Forum is an annual high-level forum where attendees can take part in an interactive discussion on competition law enforcement and policy and get insights directly from regulators and business experts.

2019 Pre ICN ForumThe programme will be organised around four panels:

  1. In search of a roadmap: distinguishing key trends in Latin American antitrust  developments
  2. On the road to Compliance – are we there yet?: achieving cultural change in antitrust jurisdictions
  3. Driving on the left or on the right: do we need a common approach to Procedural Rights?
  4. We know “Consumer Harm” when we see it – or don’t we? Substantive assessment in the area of High Tech and National Champions.

The event will take place on the day prior to the ICN Forum 2019 at the same venue.
