Overview, Recent Trends, New Expedited Rules and Insight into The ICC International Court of Arbitration

This conference, organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and generously sponsored by Herbert Smith Freehills (Thailand), will provide an insight on the functioning of the ICC Court and its secretariat, in particular with the introduction of the new expedited rules.


The Conference will provide an in-depth information on the role and function of the ICC Court and on how the Secretariat assists the Court in making its decisions. The Seminar will also focus on the new policies of the Court related to its new expedited rules, cost mechanisms, increased transparency measures and the Court’s statistics with respect to its case load.

This conference is aimed at arbitration practitioners, counsels, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.
