Out of Africa: The Future of Arbitration in the Continent

The ICC International Court of Arbitration is co-organizing, with White & Case LLP, an event entitled “Out of Africa: The Future of Arbitration in the Continent,” to be held on 29 June in London.


On the eve of the IBA Investing in Africa Conference, the ICC International Court of Arbitration and White & Case are holding a panel discussion on the future, and challenges, for the development of international arbitration in Anglophone, Francophone and Lusophone Africa. The panelists will come from a range of backgrounds, offering attendees insight into the views of arbitration institutions, private practitioners and African states and stakeholders.
