The New ICC Expedited Arbitration Rules – Addressing Delays, Costs and Efficiency

The ICC International Court of Arbitration and USCIB Southwest Subcommittee are organizing an event on the ICC Expedited Arbitration Rules to take place in Los Angeles on 4 May 2017.


Managing Counsel and incoming Secretary General Alexander Fessas and North America Deputy Director Soeun (Nikole) Lee will give an overview of the revised ICC Arbitration Rules incorporating the Expedited Procedure Provisions, which entered into force on 1 March 2017. Attendees will gain insight into the increased efficiency and transparency of ICC arbitrations that the new rules offer.
