Lunch and Learn Calgary: Key Issues & Innovations in International Arbitration

The ICC Canada Arbitration Committee is hosting two complimentary luncheon seminars for arbitrators, lawyers and in-house counsel to discuss key issues and innovations in international arbitration.


This seminar will feature an interactive discussion and Q&A with Marek Krasula, Counsel of the North American team of the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, who will give a behind the scenes look at the main characteristics of an arbitration under the ICC Rules and recent developments in ICC arbitration. The programme is generously hosted by Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and supported by the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society.
