The International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the Administrative Creativity Group are organising an ICC International Commercial Arbitration Mock case study under the ICC Rules of Arbitration.


Drawn on the experience of top-class arbitration practitioners in a multicultural environment, this training will provide an in-depth understanding of the ICC arbitration procedure under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. The training will be held during the Jeddah International Forum 2019.

Introduction to International Commercial Arbitration Characteristics of ICC Arbitration in Saudi Arabia
Preparing and drafting the request for arbitration and its answer which will be submitted to the Court of arbitration, in working groups of 10 persons maximum
Determining the handicaps that may interrupt the arbitral proceedings and knowing the role of ICC Secretariat in conducting the arbitration
Knowing how to select and appoint available arbitrators
Presentation of the management skills in conducting arbitral hearings and how drafting a fully convincing award and secure its enforceability
The Saudi Arabian legal system regarding the enforcement of arbitral awards
The costs of an Arbitration
