International Commercial Arbitration and New Trends in the Field

This one-day conference is jointly organized by the ICC International Court of Arbitration, ICC Romania National Committee and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. The morning will take the form of round tables on the procedural aspects of the arbitrator’s independence and impartiality issues, while the afternoon will focus on the Revised ICC Rules and the new fast-track procedure for small claims.

Objective:

The conference will be an ideal forum for anyone interested in dispute resolution to exchange thoughts and views on international arbitration, to enrich their network in the region, and to master the ICC Revised Arbitration Rules and their fast track provisions for small claims.
