The ICC International Court of Arbitration is organizing a conference entitled “International Arbitration in Rising Asia” to be held during the Hong Kong Arbitration Week. This conference is kindly sponsored by Clifford Chance.

Description

The ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC Hong Kong will collaborate to present a half-day conference on International Arbitration in Rising Asia during the Hong Kong Arbitration Week.

International arbitration has been increasingly adopted as the key dispute resolution mechanism in the rising economies in Asia. However, the understandings and practices may vary from one economy to the other. The objective of this conference is to share with the audience the latest insights of international arbitration in the rising economies in Asia, including Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand as well as China and India.
