The program will provide testimonies from young arbitrators and their experiences with ICC cases. Topics will include how arbitrators received their first appointments, tips on how young practitioners can raise their profile in the arbitration community in order to increase chances for appointment, the appropriate balance serving as an arbitrator and working as a counsel, and the challenges and rewards of managing their first cases as arbitrators.
