ICC YAF: Updates and development of international arbitration in Latin America

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference to discuss the status of international arbitration in different sectors such as energy and mining, infrastructure, finance and telecommunications


Objective/ event description

This ICC YAF Conference will have arbitrators of different sectors share their perspectives on the key characteristics and the advances in managing arbitral processes. It is being organized at the occasion of the X ICC Costa Rica Congress on International Arbitration “Analysis of the last decade, lessons, tendencies and challenges” that will take place in San José from 24 to 27 February.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
