ICC YAF: Tips on Arbitrating Under ICC Rules of Arbitration (Part1/6): Tips on Drafting an ICC Arbitration Clause and the Functioning of the ICC Court

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing the first of a series of workshop on drafting an ICC Arbitration Clause and the Functioning of the ICC Court.

Description

This event is the first of the six workshops, which will take place in Istanbul, one per month until June of this year. In this first edition, participants will receive tips on drafting an ICC arbitration clause and on the functioning of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. The participants who attend at least 4 out of 6 of the workshops will receive a certificate of participation.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
