ICC YAF: Tips on Arbitrating under ICC Rules of Arbitration (Part 4/6): Tips on Conduct of the Proceedings and the Importance of the Terms of Reference

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a workshop on tips on conduct of the arbitral proceedings and the importance of the terms of reference (ICC Rules, Articles 16-24).


This event is the fourth of the six workshops, which will take place in Istanbul until June of this year. The participants will receive tips on how to conduct an arbitration and a very essential feature of an ICC arbitration: the terms of reference.

Who should attend?

This workshop is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
