ICC YAF: the Unsettled Territory – Can Investors rely on BIT Protection within the EU?

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum ( ICC YAF) is organizing together with ICDR Young & International a joint conference in Zagreb, Croatia. It is generously sponsored by Wolf Theiss Zagreb Branch and will take place on 7 December 2016.


The ICC YAF joint conference will take place on the eve of the 24th Croatian Arbitration Days in the form of an afternoon discussion about a widely debated topic of availability of investment protection for investments made from one EU country into another EU country.

Who should attend

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, judges, corporate counsel or academics.
