ICC YAF: Technology in International Arbitration

Geneva, Switzerland, • English

This conference, jointly organized by ICC YAF, MIDS and Young ICCA, will examine the impact of new technology on international arbitration.

The first panel, “Technology and the Arbitral Process”, will first review the emergence of new technologies in international arbitration with the help of an industry expert and then consider the effect of this new technology on the acquisition, protection, presentation and use of evidence in international arbitration. The second panel, “Technology and the Arbitral Players”, will consider the effect of new technologies on international arbitration from the perspectives of an arbitral institution, counsel and arbitral tribunal respectively.
