ICC YAF: Technology in Arbitration / Arbitration in Technology

This conference will focus on the interactions between cutting-edge technologies and arbitration: How will new technologies reshape arbitration? Why is arbitration an essential tool to adjudicate disputes in the new technologies sector?


The Conference will discuss the impact of new technologies in arbitration as well as how arbitration can be the perfect tool to deal, in an efficient and cost-effective way, with disputes in the new technologies sector.

An outstanding keynote speaker and several practitioners from Belgium, Egypt, Italy, Spain and Switzerland will discuss the issues and great opportunities raised by the growing interaction between the world of cutting-edge technologies and the world of arbitration and ADR.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel, researchers and scientists or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
