Arbitrator Disclosure: Local flavour or international standards?

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, • English

During the Dubai Arbitration Week, the ICC International Court of Arbitration will convene a panel of experienced lawyers and arbitrators to discuss the state of the art of Arbitrator disclosure in the region.

How has arbitrator disclosure evolved in the region in recent years and where do we stand today? How does this compare to the approach in jurisdictions outside the region? What standard does ICC apply? Does the future lie in a universal international standard?

Who should attend?

This programme will benefit practicing lawyers, arbitrators, magistrates, bankers, academics, corporate counsel and LLM students.
