ICC YAF: “Show me the money!” – The enforcement of arbitral awards

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference to provide insights into the intricacies related to the enforcement of international arbitral awards. The event is taking place during the Frankfurt Investment Moot.


The enforcement of a favourable arbitral award may be the only way for a client to actually “see the money” after a successful arbitration. It is therefore a topic of paramount importance for everyone involved in international arbitration. ICC YAF has gathered a panel of experts to provide participants with insights into the intricacies related to the enforcement of international arbitral awards, followed by a fireside chat with Nicolas Angelet, partner and head of public international law at Liedekerke, Wolters, Waelbroeck, Kirkpatrick.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
