ICC YAF: The Role of the ICC Court in Governing Procedural Transparency

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference to discuss how the ICC International Court of Arbitration can enhance transparency in arbitral proceedings.


The main purpose of the conference is to open up channels of discussion amongst young arbitration practitioners in Egypt and the MENA region.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.

The ICC YAF Conference will also provide great networking opportunities to strengthen links within the young arbitration community.
