ICC YAF: Recent Trends in Arbitration in MENA

As part of the Dubai Arbitration Week, the ICC YAF conference is aimed at providing an overview of the arbitral developments that took place in the past 12 months across the region.


Taking the form of a round-table discussion,  speakers will look at what has changed in the past 12 months in their respective jurisdictions. The round-table discussion will be preceded by a keynote address covering the arbitration landscape in the UAE following the enactment of the new Federal Arbitration Law earlier this summer.

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.
