ICC YAF: Procedure in International Arbitration: Different Perspectives and Expectations

Discussions at this YAF will focus on Procedure in International Arbitration. showing the differences in perspectives and expectations of parties and counsel coming from different backgrounds.


The speakers will present solutions that are available in the ICC Rules (mentioning emergency, expedited procedures), IBA Rules and Prague Rules. Discussion will focus on possible enforcement implications of these solutions.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
