ICC YAF: Practical Tips for International Commercial Arbitration — dos and don’ts

This ICC YAF event, organized as part of the ICC Japan Arbitration week, aims to provide young practitioners with an opportunity to learn and engage with peers and arbitration specialists to discuss issues of interest in international arbitration and to foster mentor relationships.


Speakers will discuss practical tips in international commercial arbitration and share their views. Topics will include “using procedure to your advantage”, “evidence”, “hearings”,. Q&A session will be available to help the attendants communicate with the speakers.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years and under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration, and to enrich their network in the region.
