ICC YAF: Managing Complex Cases

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference with the institutional support of ICC Costa Rica on effective management of complex arbitration proceedings.

Description

The Latin-American Chapter of ICC YAF is organizing an event on the occasion of the IX International Arbitration Congress “Arbitration, Infrastructure and Development” organized annually by ICC Costa Rica. This ICC YAF will feature a roundtable on how to manage complex cases: organization of the arbitral tribunal tasks, the proactive role of administrative secretaries and arbitral tribunal assistants, the use of IT in international arbitration, among others.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
