The ICC YAF Latin American Regional Conference is organized every two years in a different city of Latin America.
This year, for the first time it will be held in Quito, Ecuador during the 2nd ICC Ecuador ADR Week, which is the most important event the ICC International Court of Arbitration organizes along with ICC Ecuador, as it unites around 200 arbitration and ADR practitioners from different areas of the world, but mainly from Latin America.
The objective of the ICC YAF Regional Conference is to gather together young practitioners in an event where they can not only learn more in depth on current topics in commercial and investment international arbitration, but also meet other young and senior practitioners with experience in the region in the way they can network and become more involved in the arbitration community.
The program includes interactive panels which will discuss current topics on the resolution of international dispute, as well as networking sessions.
Who should attend?
This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
