ICC YAF: Introduction to ICC Arbitration

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference to examine the main features of an ICC Arbitration. The firm of Adepetun, Caxton-Martins, Agbor & Segun (ACAS-Law) is generously sponsoring this conference.


This event provides participants with an overview of the main features of ICC Arbitration, and develops their core skills as it concerns ICC Arbitration proceedings.  Participants will witness a very practical discussion of procedural aspects at the pre-hearing stage (the Case Management Conference, Procedural Timetables ad issues of discovery), as well as effective advocacy during the hearing.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
