ICC YAF: International Arbitration and Corporate Social Responsibility: Current Issues and Future Innovations

Paris, France, • English

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organising a conference on the occasion of the ICC Vis Pre-Moot.

The conference will consist of two panels. The first one will consider the Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) issues currently arising in commercial and investment arbitration.

The second panel will discuss the potential for innovations in arbitral practice and procedure to allow arbitration to play a greater role promoting CSR, looking in particular at whether the amendment of arbitration rules may serve to facilitate the resolution of CSR claims.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
