Interim measures are a must in every practitioner’s toolbox. Yet, despite the wealth case law on application of interim measures in litigation proceedings, the confidential nature of the arbitral proceedings limits the exposure of the awards and decisions on such preliminary issues. Therefore, practitioners frequently find themselves facing novel challenges, with little guidance on how to deal with them.
This conference aims to provide guidance on what to look out for when making your application for interim measures.
Who should attend?
This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
