Interim measures and security for costs are increasingly important tools for parties to an arbitration. The aim of the panel discussions is to discuss when and how these measures are available to the parties. The Conference will not only give an overview of the topic but also explore the practice and application of interim measures and security for costs in arbitral proceedings. The ICC YAF Conference will be an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
