ICC YAF- Inner workings of the ICC Court

This breakfast seminar will consist of a panel discussion focusing on current procedural issues that arise in ICC arbitrations.


This conference on the “Inner workings of the ICC Court” is organised by ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF)  with the support of Baker McKenzie, Sydney and Aarna Law, Bengaluru, India. It will precede an ICC Court conference on infrastructure disputes later that day.

The conference will focus on the different approaches that may be taken to address and resolve current procedural issues that arise in ICC arbitrations as well as proposed innovations to improve solutions to those procedural issues.

The panel will also address issues related to the appointment of arbitrators, scrutiny process of the Court, workings of the Secretariat and the newly instituted transparency measures.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
