ICC YAF: ICC clauses in international distribution contracts

The ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference with a focus on the nature of distribution contracts, the inclusion of arbitration agreements in international distribution contracts and arbitral awards on the matter.


This event will also present a mock case which will focus on the inclusion of the ICC arbitration clause in a distribution contract.

This ICC YAF Conference is organized on the occasion of the 4th International Forum on ICC Arbitration in Santo Domingo.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
