Beirut, Lebanon, • English

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing a conference to discuss the finality and enforceability of arbitral awards in the Arab region.

The objective of this event is to give participants a better understanding of the procedure and conditions of post-award procedural issues in international arbitration and get them familiarized with the different approaches applicable by the arbitrators sitting in international arbitrations across the Arab region.

Topical discussions will include available mechanisms to ensure and secure an efficient enforcement of the arbitral award.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics.
