During this conference, a mock case will allow participants to know more on how to manage evidence in construction cases.

This event is being organized at the occasion of the Training “Construction Contracts and Alternate Dispute Resolution”, organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, which will take place on 2 November 2018.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
