ICC YAF: Effective Counsel in International Arbitration: Skills that Make a Difference

ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF) is organizing panel discussion generously sponsored by Watson Farley & Williams (Thailand).


The event will be a panel of Thai and international arbitration practitioners on the topic of “Effective Counsel in International Arbitration: Skills that Make a Difference.” Topics to be discussed will range from profile raising, getting your first speaking engagement, how to get published in an international journal, getting your first arbitrator appointment, top tips for oral and written advocacy, and mentorship.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
