ICC YAF: Early morning talk with Counsel of the Secretariat: everything you ever wanted to know about the work of the ICC Court

This conference will allow arbitration practitioners to meet the Counsel of the ICC Court and get a “behind the scenes” view of the Secretariat’s work.


We invite you to send questions in advance for Counsel to answer your inquiries about arbitration proceedings administered under the ICC Arbitration Rules, how the ICC Court’s innovations have worked in the Americas, as well as getting to know the ICC Court’s Secretariat practices.

Who should attend?

This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners of approximately 40 years or under: counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
