An increasing number of arbitration users and arbitration practitioners denounce the unreasonable raising of procedural complaints under the banner of due process. ICC YAF is organising a conference to discuss “due process paranoia” in international arbitration and its implications in terms of efficiency and trust in the arbitration process. The objective is, on the one hand, to identify the problems and share experiences on the subject, and, on the other hand, to identify possible solutions in order to enhance efficiency as one of the most attractive features of international arbitration.
Who should attend?
This conference is aimed at young arbitration practitioners under 40 years of age, including counsel, arbitrators, corporate counsel or academics. The ICC YAF Conference is an ideal forum for young practitioners to exchange thoughts on international arbitration and to enrich their network in the region.
